Piss - as in “a constant stream of urine”
Cutter - as in “a device that can physically
bisect an object”
When you put these words together, you get:
“a device that can physically bisect a
constant stream of urine”- a “piscutter” so to speak.
This word was first uttered in Schreiber, Ontario, Canada
and is used to describe the sheer awesomeness of something. It can be an idea,
an object, a time in history, etc... to
refer to a subject as being (a) pisscutter is to say
that it is so awesome that it can actually
perform the impossible act of cutting a
stream of piss.
