Domenic Filane Figliomeni 10 time Canadian Boxing Champion and two time Olympian ... the Real Life Canadian Champion played by Michael Joseph Pugliese in the movie "Tiger". The movie was inspired by the true story of Pardeep Singh Nagra, a practicing Sikh man
who was banned from the sport of boxing due to his religious beliefs.
Domenic Filane Figliomeni is the Real Canadian Champion who defeated
Pardeep in his quest for Gold. The actual occurance happened at the 2000
National Canadian Boxing Championships. The movie stars some pretty impressive names such as Janel Parrish and Mickey Rourke.
